We’re proud to announce that our team is expanding and we are looking for a part time receptionist to help us better serve our customers.

This job requires an extremely outgoing person who loves dogs, is customer service oriented and has the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task. This is a high pressure job that requires a person with a strong “team” focus, as the daily tasks include working as part of the team as well as individually. Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Excel and Word are a must. Proper spelling and grammar are a must as you will be communicating directly with our customers.

The right candidate will possess the ability to answer phones, work on the computer within our software program, take appointments, deposits, payments, check-ins and check-outs, email, perform hands on checks of dogs and so much more. Previous front desk type experience is a plus, but not a necessity as we are willing to train the right person.

1- Write a story that somehow involves a group of characters adopting a mistreated animal.

2- Do you have pets now? Write about each animal’s strengths and weaknesses. Then write about your strengths and weaknesses as a pet owner.
